Pecan Delight Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

20 Hi Ho or Ritz crackers
1 tsp. baking powder
3 egg whites
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. chocolate (instant hot chocolate mix)
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 pkg. Dream Whip

Preparation

Beat egg
whites
stiff.
Add sugar a little at a time. Add pecans
and
baking powder.
Crumble crackers fine and add to mixture.
Pour into a buttered pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30\tminutes.
Cool.
Top
with Dream Whip (according to directions on
box).\tAdd
chocolate.
