Ingredients

1 1/4 c. plain flour
1 1/4 sticks butter
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
3 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
4 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Combine flour, butter and nuts in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Let cool.
Beat cream cheese and sugar together with 10 ounces Cool Whip (mixture will thicken).
Mix milk and pudding; beat for 2 minutes.
