Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 c. shredded cabbage
2 green peppers, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
7/8 c. salad oil
7/8 c. white vinegar
1 c. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
dash of Accent
Preparation

Place shredded cabbage in large mixing bowl and spread chopped peppers and onion over top; add salt, pepper and Accent.
Do not stir.
Mix oil, sugar and vinegar in saucepan and bring to full boil; pour over cabbage mixture and let stand at room temperature for one hour.
Mix well and refrigerate; keeps indefinitely.
