Beef Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter or fat
2 c. cold beef or steak, chopped
2 to 4 c. boiled potatoes, chopped
salt and pepper
1 c. beef gravy or hot water
onion
Preparation

Melt butter and add remaining ingredients.
Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Brown hash. Add onion to your taste.
