Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. graham crackers
1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, melted
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
5 large bananas, sliced
2 large cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 large Cool Whip (12 oz.)
1 c. chopped pecans
1 jar maraschino cherries
Preparation

Crush graham crackers.
Mix in and blend 1 1/2 sticks butter. Pack in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Mix powdered sugar, eggs and 1 stick butter.
Blend 5 minutes.
Pour over graham crackers.
Slice bananas; press in sugar mixture.
Add drained pineapple, then Cool Whip, then chopped nuts and cherries.
Refrigerate overnight.
