Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. strawberry jello
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    2 or 3 firm bananas, diced
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water.
    Add frozen strawberries and stir until thawed.
    Add bananas.
    Pour half of jello mixture in 11 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
    Chill until firm.
    Spoon sour cream over chilled mixture.
    Top with remaining gelatin.
    May be garnished with fresh strawberries if desired. Refrigerate until served.
