"Veggie" Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All, drained
    1 small can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    crushed Ritz crackers or Cheez-Its
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except crackers, well.
    Put into a casserole dish and top with crushed Ritz crackers or Cheez-Its. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, uncovered.
