Ronald'S Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick Butter
1 chopped Onion
1 chopped Bell Pepper
1/4 c. cooked Rice
1 can cream of mushroom Soup
1 can cream of chicken Soup
2 cans white shoepeg Corn, drained
Sandwich Cheese slices
Preparation

Heat together cooked rice, the soups (do not add water) and corn.
Add butter, onion and pepper.
Pour into casserole dish. Top with slices of sandwich cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is browned.
