Baked Ziti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. ziti
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 celery stalks, diced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 (28 oz.) can tomato puree
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella (2 c.)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In saucepan prepare ziti as directed.
In nonstick skillet, saute in olive oil the green pepper, onion and celery.
Slowly add tomato puree, tomato sauce and tomato paste to skillet.
Add oregano, basil and garlic to tomato mixture.
Heat to boiling. Remove from heat.
