Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 c. crumbled Ritz crackers
    2 Tbsp. pimento
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 large can creamed corn
Preparation
    Saute onions in oleo.
    Combine milk, crumbs and eggs.
    Pour in a well buttered dish.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
