Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
assorted fruit (kiwi, strawberries, bananas, blueberries, peaches and raspberries)
Preparation

Freeze cookie dough for 1 hour.
Slice into 1/8-inch slices. Spray a 14-inch round glass pizza pan with a nonstick spray. Completely cover the pan with cookie dough slices, overlapping the edges slightly.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool.
