German Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. rye bread crumbs (I use white seasoned)
    1 lb. drained sauerkraut
    1/2 c. onion
    1 tsp. each caraway and pepper
    2 to 3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation
    Mix above ingredients together except ketchup.
    Place in oblong loaf pan. Spread ketchup over top and sides of meat loaf. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/4 hours, uncovered.
