Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. squash
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Boil squash until tender; drain well.
    Mash squash; add onion, eggs, sugar, salt, pepper and 1/2 butter.
    Place in dish and top with cracker crumbs.
    Melt remaining butter and spread over cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
