Ranch House Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef, cooked
1 can mixed vegetables
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp. minced onions
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can biscuits
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except biscuits, butter and cornmeal. Place in a shallow 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Dip biscuits in melted butter, then cornmeal. Arrange on casserole.
Bake again 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
