Buckwheat Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. wheat flour
1 c. buckwheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder, per cup, of flour
1 c. milk or water
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. brown or white sugar
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together. Store in the freezer and take out what is needed for a meal. Add liquids and bake on a hot griddle. Can be doubled 4-5 times to store in the freezer.
