Peachy Cream Cheese Pie(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. vanilla wafer crumbs (about 17 cookies)
2/3 c. toasted ground walnuts
1 Tbsp. sugar
5 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
3 c. peeled, sliced peaches
1/3 c. orange marmalade
Preparation

In medium bowl, mix wafer crumbs, walnuts and 1 tablespoon sugar; add melted butter.
Toss to mix well.
Spread mixture evenly into a 9-inch microwave-safe pie plate.
Press onto bottom and up the sides of pie plate.
Microcook on 100% power (High) for 2 minutes or until set.
Cool completely on a wire rack.
