Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable shortening
    2 sticks butter
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. plain flour
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. crushed pineapple and juice
Preparation
    Blend ingredients and cook in a greased, paper-lined tube cake pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
