Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (16 oz.) sauerkraut, drained and chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Place sauerkraut, onion, pepper and celery in large bowl. Combine sugar and vinegar; bring to a boil.
Pour over vegetables. Mix well.
Chill.
