Meat Loaf Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 slices bread
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; blend well.
    Cook in loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
    Mix and spoon on parsley, ginger and soy sauce.
