Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butters, sugars, egg and vanilla together.
Blend dry ingredients in.
Shape rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls; roll in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 6 minutes, then remove from oven and flatten dough with fork. Return to oven for 2 to 5 minutes.
