Mexican Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    4 carrots
    5 to 6 potatoes
    1 can peeled tomatoes
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    medium onion, peeled
    1/2 green pepper
    Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Place pork chops in greased pan.
    Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce over chops.
    Sprinkle rice over all chops.
    Peel and cut up potatoes and carrots; place over chops.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Cut up onion and pepper in strips; put on top.
    Pour peeled tomatoes and juice over all ingredients.
    Cook for 1 1/2 hours, covered, on low heat.
    Add extra liquid if needed.
