Caramel-Filled Chocolate Cookies(Won The Pillsbury Cookie Contest) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 c. margarine or butter, softened
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 c. chopped pecans
    48 Rolo chewy caramels (unwrapped)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup. Level off.
    In a small bowl combine flour, cocoa and baking soda. Blend well.
