Creamy Brussels Sprouts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. crumbled Blue cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (16 oz.) carton commercial sour cream
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Brussels sprouts
Preparation
    Combine cheese and mayonnaise, stirring until smooth.
    Add lemon juice and garlic salt.
    Stir in sour cream; mix well. Cover and chill overnight.
    To serve, cook Brussels sprouts according to package directions; drain.
    Warm the sour cream mixture in top of double boiler; add cooked Brussels sprouts. Serve immediately.
    Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
