Sal'S Pasta Ala Vodka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. virgin olive oil
    1/8 lb. Prosciutto, chopped up
    1/2 stick butter
    1/4 c. chopped, roasted red pepper
    1/4 c. chopped, sun-dried tomatoes
    1/2 to 1 tsp. hot pepper flakes
    1 pt. heavy cream
    1/3 c. grated Locatelli cheese
    1/3 c. vodka
    1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, quartered
    prepared tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 lb. bow tie pasta
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in olive oil.
    (Add while oil is still cool.)
    Add Prosciutto; saute about 10 minutes, until onion is translucent.
    Add butter, chopped pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, hot pepper flakes and basil; simmer 10 minutes.
    Add heavy cream, grated cheese, vodka, artichoke hearts and just enough prepared sauce until sauce is pink color.
    Serve over bow tie pasta.
