Baked Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. potatoes
    oil (for deep frying)
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    8 slices crispy fried bacon, crumbled
    sour cream
    chives
Preparation
    Bake potatoes.
    Slice potatoes in half.
    Scoop out pulp, reserving skins.
    Deep fry skins for 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    Place in baking sheet.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
    Serve with mixture of sour cream and chives.
