Huluski Mom'S Way - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 shredded potatoes or leftover mashed potatoes
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 head cabbage
    margarine (1/2 stick)
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients together until thick.
    Boil water. Add dumplings by teaspoonful.
    Cook for 15 minutes.
    Drain.
    Dice 1/2 head of cabbage and saute in 1/2 cup margarine.
    Add 1 teaspoon sugar.
    Simmer until cabbage is tender.
    Pour over drained dumplings.
    Serve.
