Veal Scallopini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    4 veal cutlets
    1 (3 oz.) sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 Tbsp. capers, drained
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/2 medium onion, sliced
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper; dust veal lightly with flour mixture.
    In medium skillet, brown meat slowly in hot oil.
    Add onion to same skillet; cook until tender but not brown.
    Add brown tomatoes (undrained), mushrooms, capers, garlic salt and oregano. Cover; simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Arrange veal on hot buttered noodles; top with sauce.
    Makes 4 servings.
