Browned Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Uncle Ben's rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 bouillon cubes
    2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add rice and onion.
    Cook until lightly browned in a frypan.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water.
    Add half the liquid; cover and cook on low heat.
    Add rest of the liquid, stirring occasionally.
    Takes about 45 minutes to cook.
