Omelet Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored.
    Gradually add sugar, then flour.
    Mix well.
    Beat egg whites stiff and gently fold into yolk mixture.
    Heat butter in skillet.
    Let it cover all of skillet and be very hot.
    Pour the omelet mix and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    The omelet should slide out easily by tipping the skillet.
    Serve with peaches, apricots, or your choice.
