Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green pepper
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and Italian seasoning. Spread in an ungreased 9-inch microwave-safe pie plate. Combine Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Sprinkle half over cream cheese. Top with the pizza sauce, remaining cheese mixture, green pepper and onion. Microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes, uncovered, or until the cheese is almost melted. (Rotate a half turn several times.) Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes. Yields about 3 cups. Serve with tortilla chips or breadsticks.
