Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated raw zucchini
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients, spices and nuts; set aside.
    Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla until creamy.
    Add zucchini and pineapple, mixing well.
    Stir in dry ingredients, just until moistened.
    Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 5 x 9-inch loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes in pans, then turn on racks and cool.
