Rhubarb Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. cut up rhubarb
2 eggs
2 c. sugar, divided
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Place rhubarb in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine eggs, 1 cup sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, milk and oil.
Pour over rhubarb.
Sprinkle with remaining cup of sugar.
Bake one hour at 350\u00b0.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
