Dutch Style Meat Loaf(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 lb. ground veal or lean beef
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine tomato sauce, water, mustard and vinegar.
    Mix veal with bread crumbs, egg, onion, pepper and 1/4 of tomato sauce mixture. Shape into a loaf pan. Pour enough of the sauce over the top of loaf to coat. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, basting often. Serve remaining sauce heated over sliced meat loaf.
