Hawaiian-Style Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. spareribs, country ribs or chicken legs or wings
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. catsup
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
Preparation

Cut ribs or chicken into serving pieces, trimming off excess fat.
Arrange in pan.
Combine brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, vinegar, catsup and pineapple with juice.
Pour over ribs or chicken.
Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
