Chicken Hedgehogs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cubed
2 eggs
6 Tbsp. flour
4 tsp. sugar
4 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. dry sherry
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. rice vermicelli
peanut oil
Preparation
-
Place chicken in a food processor or blender with eggs, flour, sugar, soy sauce, sherry and salt.
Blend until smooth paste forms.
Place in bowl.
Cover and chill for 20 minutes.
