Pepper Jelly Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. pepper jelly
    1 Tbsp. unflavored Knox gelatine
    1/2 c. boiling milk
    1/4 c. cold milk
Preparation
    Blend the cream cheese until smooth.
    Add jelly; mix.
    Soften gelatine in cold milk, then add boiling milk to dissolve gelatine. Combine gelatine mixture to cream cheese mixture.
    Pour into a 3 1/2-cup mold.
    Chill until set.
    Unmold onto a serving plate. Garnish with a bow made of pimento to look like a Christmas wreath.
    Serve with crackers.
