Sunday Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer, cut into pieces
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 onion, sliced
1/2 stick margarine
3 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper
Preparation

Pour water into baking pan (or dish).
Distribute rice over water.
Place chicken with fat side up on rice.
Sprinkle salt and pepper and dot with margarine.
Spread soup over chicken.
Slice onion on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
