Banana Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 c. margarine
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 egg whites, beaten
2 large bananas, mashed
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
2 large carrots, grated
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Bake in 5 x 9-inch loaf pan, greased lightly, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
