Quick Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cranberries
    1 1/4 c. cold water
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 envelope Knox gelatine
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cook cranberries in 1 cup cold water until tender.
    Add sugar and cook about 5 minutes.
    Soften gelatine in 1/4 cup cold water. Add to hot cranberries and stir until gelatine is dissolved.
    Cool until it begins to thicken.
    Add celery, nuts and salt.
    Stir. Refrigerate.
