Guatemalan Chirmol Salsa(Chirmol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 green onions
    12 medium size vine ripened tomatoes
    1 cup corn kernels
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lime, juice only
    1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
    1/2 jalapeno, seeded and minced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Grill green onions and chop. Grill tomatoes until soft, grill corn. Combine tomatoes, onions, and garlic in a bowl and puree. Add olive oil, lime juice, grilled corn kernels, cilantro, jalapeno, and salt and pepper (to taste). Serve hot or chilled with tortilla chips or on any dish.
