Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 big or 2 medium onions, chopped
    2 green peppers, chopped
    1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    hot peppers, chopped (if desired)
    about 8 medium fresh tomatoes
Preparation
    First, peel tomatoes as follows:
    Put in boiling water for 2 minutes, then grab each with tongs and dunk into cold water.
    Skin easily peels off.
    Chop tomatoes.
    Mix all ingredients in saucepan and heat to a boil.
