Baked Ham Concord - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ham
    2 onions
    1 dash cinnamon
    1 dash cloves
    1 dash allspice
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. grape juice
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cover ham with water and add cloves, cinnamon, onions and allspice.
    Simmer slowly for 20 minutes per pound of ham.
    Remove any skin and cut fat in a crisscross design.
    Put ham in roasting pan and cover with mixture of bread crumbs and brown sugar.
    Bake 5 minutes in a 450\u00b0 oven.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and baste with grape juice every few minutes.
    Bake 18 minutes per pound at 300\u00b0.
