Ingredients

2 fresh sweetbreads
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. small whole mushroom caps
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. thick cream
2 Tbsp. flour
thyme to taste
salt to taste

Soak the sweetbreads in cold water for 30 minutes.
