Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. shoulder or rump roast
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 pkg. Lipton soup mix
    3 Tbsp. A.1. sauce (optional)
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Salt and pepper roast lightly.
    Sprinkle sauce on roast, then onion soup mix.
    Put 1 can mushroom soup (undiluted) on top of that.
    Place on large sheet of aluminum foil.
    Fold over and seal. Cook in 300\u00b0 oven for about 3 hours.
    Be sure to put in a pan in case the foil breaks.
