Ritz Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken
1 stick butter
1 pt. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper
80 Ritz crackers
Preparation

Boil 1\tchicken;
pick\toff
bones and cut in bite size bits. Mix together cut up chicken, melted butter, sour cream, chicken soup,
salt
and pepper to taste.
Crush about 40 Ritz crackers and line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spoon in chicken mixture and sprinkle another 40 crushed crackers on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until it bubbles.
