Mostaccioli And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. link Italian sausage, sliced
    1 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 (26 oz.) jars Classico pasta sauce, any flavor
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. mostaccioli, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    In large saucepan, brown sausage; pour off fat.
    Add onion and green pepper; cook and stir until tender.
    Add pasta sauce and Parmesan cheese.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Toss hot cooked mostaccioli with oil to coat.
    Serve with sauce.
    Garnish as desired.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
