Chili Verde - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large round steak
    2 cans whole or stewed tomatoes
    1 to 2 cans green chilies (Ortega)
    1 bottle mild or hot salsa
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. margarine
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 whole cumin
    2 cans chili beans
    grated Cheddar cheese
    1 chopped onion
Preparation
    Saute meat and 1 chopped onion with meat. Add rest of ingredients, except cheese. Simmer 2 hours or longer. Can cook all day in crock-pot. Serve with grated cheese sprinkled on top. Good with Fritos lite chips.
