Seafood Stuffed Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1 medium bell pepper
    1 stalk celery
    2 to 3 c. bread crumbs
    shrimp or crabmeat to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. butter
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion, bell pepper and celery.
    Turn burner off.
    Add bread crumbs and seafood.
    Mix both cans of soup and butter in baking pan.
    Stuff chicken breasts with bread crumb mixture.
    Lay in baking pan on soup.
    Spoon soup mixture on chicken and bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 30 minutes, then uncover and cook an additional 25 to 30 minutes.
