Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cottage cheese
3 oz. pkg. orange sugar-free Jell-O (can use strawberry or cherry flavored)
8 oz. container Cool Whip
15 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple (in own juice), drained
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation

Spoon cottage cheese into mixing bowl.
Sprinkle dry Jell-O over and mix.
Add Cool Whip.
Fold into cottage cheese.
Add drained fruits.
Mix well.
Store in refrigerator.
Makes 10 servings.
