Fix Ahead Party Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chuck, chopped
    2 tsp. margarine
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 Tbsp. bourbon
    1 c. grated cheese
    12 hamburger buns
    mustard and butter
Preparation
    Brown beef in margarine; add onion, salt, pepper, catsup and Worcestershire sauce and cook 5 minutes.
    Add cheese and bourbon; remove from heat.
    Spread thin layer of mustard and butter on each side of burger buns; fill each with beef mixture and wrap each one in foil and freeze.
    Bake frozen burgers anytime people want a fast feast.
